My son is almost 6 months old and still exclusively breastfed- using barely any bottles or pumping… with no plans of stopping! It’s a miracle and we owe it all to Ariana! Without her help, we would never have known of his tongue tie or how to keep my milk supply up while we were figuring it out. I am so so so grateful for Ariana and all of her help.

Even before I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to breastfeed my baby. I took a breastfeeding class at my local hospital before giving birth and thought that I was prepared but it's so different when you're trying it yourself! I assumed the nurses at the hospital would be sufficient but there really is no substitute for a certified lactation consultant.
As a first-time parent, I was overwhelmed when on day 2 my son was not latching as easily as I had dreamed. The mechanics of breastfeeding are not as intuitive as I had assumed and I was so frustrated that it took so much effort just to feed. Ariana was able to provide us with support in a time of great need. She provided us with valuable strategies and equally importantly she was able to reassure me that I would not fail. In the days and hours when I was most tired and feeling vulnerable, she provided the help I needed.

Ariana is fantastic! I was having trouble breastfeeding my second son and developed mastitis. She is very knowledgeable and taught me how to prevent it from occurring again.
